Delete account and data
You can ask to delete your GreenDock account at any time, without installing the App.
Delete on the website
- Sign in on the website with a method already on the account.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Read the explanation, type the confirmation word, then press Delete account permanently. If the login is old, sign in again and confirm once more.
Delete in the App (after the App launches)
Open the App, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm again. Until the App launches, use the website steps above.
What is deleted, and how long it is kept
The account is disabled at once. Login credentials stop working, device notices stop, and Telegram is unlinked. Short reviews, ratings, votes, reports, marks, and the nickname are deleted at once. Wishlist, price alerts, preferences, notice history, devices, push addresses, login credentials and account data are permanently removed 30 days later by a daily job. The jobโs run time can change the exact moment.
An irreversible Telegram grant hash, used only to block a repeat login, is kept until that grant expires plus a one-minute clock buffer. It does not include a Telegram ID. Public product and price data is not personal data and stays. Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in again creates a new account with no old data.
The reference country is estimated on our servers from the connection IP. The IP is not written to the database, but it appears in the host's system log and is deleted after about 30 days.
